Ngozi Peter Nwaneri - Board Chairman

Ngozi Peter Nwaneri is currently the chairman of the board of directors of the NYBSC. Prior to being elected chairman of the board, Ngozi served as a board member on the NYBSC board of directors, and began his tenure with NYBSC prior as a member representative. He is the co-founder and co-president of the University of Maryland’s Smith Alumni Club of New York, and is in charge of managing alumni relations for the school for the New York metropolitan region. Ngozi began his professional career consulting at Goldman Sachs in New York City, where he focused primarily on exchange-traded and OTC derivative related strategies. He currently works at Barclays Capital in their Global Risk group, where he focuses on derivative counterparty and industry credit for the bank.
Ngozi holds a B.Sc in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, and the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.


Kimberly Janulewicz - Board Member


Kimberly is the Director of Business Development for IE Business School in the northeastern region of North America, where she is responsible for recruiting new students into IE’s international bachelors and masters programs and growing IE’s brand in the North American marketplace. Prior to IE, she spent six years in corporate Human Resources at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc.  
Kimberly holds a B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from IE Business School.

Mark Wright- Board Member

Mr. Wright is a graduate of the University of Chicago and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. In 2007, he earned his MBA from Sloan School of Management at MIT. Mr. Wright began his career with Dresner Capital Resources as a senior analyst in its investment banking operations. He also spent 11 years with Morningstar including four years as a senior analyst conducting fixed income research, two years as a finance consultant and five years as Director of Tools & Portfolio Content. Mr. Wright currently works for First Eagle Investment Management, a long-only global money manager with a deep value orientation and a long-term investment horizon. He is responsible for financials, payments, homebuilders, food and tobacco.

Roy Reynolds - Board Member

Roy Reynolds manages the Transactional Risk Department for Hartford Financial Products, insuring tax liability and representations & warranties associated with mergers & acquisitions.  Prior to joining The Hartford, he underwrote transactional risk and managed a Department of Financial Institutions unit at Chubb Specialty Insurance.  Roy has experience as a mergers & acquisitions and tax law attorney in private practice.  He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.  He is a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter and a member of the state bars of Connecticut and Ohio.

VP of Membership: Neil Samen

Neil SAMEN currently serves as Vice-President of Membership for the New York Business School Clubs, Inc (NYBSC). Neil is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business of the University of Maryland, with a double major in Finance and Operations Management. He is the Co-Founder of his alma mater's Smith Alumni Club of New York (NYBSC member), and currently also serves as the club's Co-President. Neil is a Management Leadership for Tomorrow,  2013 MBAPrep Fellow and is an Associate at Deutsche Bank, in their Global Rates Trading Transaction Management Group in New York. Treasurer: Laura Edgerton

Laura Edgerton, NYBSC Treasurer, is a graduate of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. After graduating with a concentration in finance and Mandarin, she spent several years at Bank of America both in New York and London as a business manager in their Global Treasury Solutions division.  She currently works for Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi as an Associate in their Global Relationship Management team, supporting a portfolio of US-headquartered multinational corporate clients.

Returning to NYBSC to handle administration. Hotel Manager turned entrepreneur. I started IVY LEAGUE ALUMNI CLUB MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, which provides alumni clubs with the continuity of the same person to perform all administration tasks from meeting planning to website administration without the expense of an office and full time staff. Clients include or have included the Wharton Business School Alumni Club NJ and NY (U of Penn), Wharton Private Equity Network (U of Penn) Kellogg Graduate Club NY (Northwestern), Stanford U Alumni Assoc. NY, NY Business School Club, INSEAD, Beta Gamma Sigma-NYC, Reverse Merger Assoc, MBA Corps.and NYU - Stern. I continue to serve as an officer on the board of the Food and Beverage Administration of America. We raise money for scholarships for students in the hospitality industry at NYC College of Technology where I received my degree in Hotel Management.
